NEW HIRE ACQUIRED
Not much game progress on my end this week, as we just hired a saleswoman! We're branching off into basic web design, and I spent a big chunk of the week training our new hire, Lauren. She's a New Media graduate, and has a great mind for social media and SEO. She'll be an excellent addition to the team, especially as we start releasing games and more community interaction.
I come from IRC/AIM/forums, and I'm much more comfortable there than I am with managing the admin of Facebook. I enjoyed using Twitter during the Kickstarter, but unless I'm using it for something I don't use it much. Conversations are too hard to follow. Lauren's presence is going to be awesome, because now I can just focus on my @pixeltramp twitter handle and leave the rest to her.
